Elk M1Gold and M1XEP Error

I am trying to get my M1XEP to connect to the web so I can Connect to it remotely. I have AT&T uVerse and I have tried different setups opened ports, opened all ports to the device however i receive this error while testing: "Test Failed. The M1XEP could not resolve the server's URL or detected...
