Can I ask why I would have to reattach each wire to the new OMNI board? Looking at my board and the newer boards all the info for each terminal is the same plus I was told by HAI that the wire terminal that I unplugged fits all models. I guess I am pretty much only using this as a security...

Yes that is correct I inherited the system from a past owner and got it working and now the board has died. Also the company that did the install in 1997 is out of business. What I can tell looking at the board it is a Omni 10A100-1 which I am thinking I was going to replace with a used OMNI...

I have a HAI OMNI that just died on me and is not repairable. I was told that by HAI that all the new Omni boards are compatible with all keyboards and accessories that I currently own but would not tell me how to do the initial setup once I buy a new one. I am looking for any help or manuals...
