Pinouts are the same, that was my last resort.   Lutron said to try their RadioRA2 device if the NWK doesn't end up working out.    Tried a few different baud rates as well with no luck.  This one has been a real headache.   Thanks for your reply!

All American nails you hard if your panel goes into runaway. Not a bug deal if you can get your customers to pay for the additional signal charges, but I've had very little luck with that.
