Update: If fixed my problem with the status light not blinking. Support suggested unhooking the board from every thing and letting it sit without power for several hours. I had it out for a few days, and when I hooked it uo again all was well!!   Thanks for your guidance here all!!

I have removed the board and prior to that the status light is never lighting. Does this mean the board is not functioning? I think I need to do a RMA.

I tried no power for several minutes, and still No Controller Data   Is the heartbeat lights next to the ethernet connector? If so they blink but ethernet not working.  

The panel will not function for setting any actions. I cannot arm or disarm.   It does pass the key test.

I am getting the following on my controller>   No Controller Data I held 7 and down, on it displays the key I press.   Also the Ethernet port stopped connecting.   Ideas?

Do you have any scripts that you could share?   Using Haiku Helper and cannot find the API document anymore.   Thanks for any help!

I just purchased Haikuhelper. I was checing to see if you have adding growl messages on your list of supported features. I would like to get a growl notification of all zone events. Thanks Randy
