My output 1 is not working.  There isn't anything said when I arm or when the alarm is triggered.  I checked output 1 and didn't find a voltage.  I removed terminal board plug.  The system said I output 2 trouble but did not say anything about output 1.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks thill.  That was the problem and I don't know when I would have touched that.

I have some how disabled both the interior and exterior alarm.  The interior alarm annouces all alerts but will not sound the alarm.  The exterior alarm won't do anything.  Any ideas?
