Thanks Lou. I guess that really is the simplest solution. I was hoping I had missed something in the rule options for unless/not.

I'm fairly new to the Elk M1G, but I'm trying to set a rule that says: At 10:30pm, set the temperature to 70 degrees - unless the system is armed away mode. Everything works great, but I cannot find out how to write the exception - unless system is armed away. Is there a way to create a 'not'...
