I got the voice response working; they all have to be enabled under "Global Options".  Then they work when testing under Rules.   But the ELK still won't reliably operate any Insteon equipment...

PS can anyone get ElkRP2 to play a voice response when you hit "test" under a rule??

I used to get the ELK to turn on an Insteon light when the DSC motion sensor was triggered.  It now will occasionally turn the light on but not off.     I'm trying to debug the Rules-- and now notice I can't get the DSC motion sensor to trigger a voice response (maybe that part never worked, not...
