HAI SnapLink for iPhone Temp will not display

I am running the HAI SnapLink app on my iPhone 5. The app will not displays "0" for the temperature my temperature sensors. Sensor names display appropriately. I have a combination of 31A00-7 extended range sensors and 23A00-1 sensors connected to an OmniPro II. The sensors seems to be...
