Did ADT run 2-wire or 4-wire for the doors ?  If it is a 4-wire loop then you can fully supervise and yet have the eolr in the control panel, just use 2 wires for the tripping circuit and the other 2 for the eolr

You either have a problem with a faulty sensor or damaged wiring. You could remove the sensor and short the wires at the door to determine which. Also check the resistance of the wire run to verify proper resistance to the loop. Is the magnet installed in a metal door? A magnet installed in a...
