Current Cost available in the US

Now that the Current Cost system is available in the USA, has anyone had the chance to see it in action? This looks like a great device and it's cheaper than the TED. Check out, http://www.currentcost.net for more info.

    Insteon or Zwave

Haven't tried UPB or Z-Wave but ... I have over 50 Insteon devices and couldn't be happier! I also use HomeSeer and Mark has done an awesome job revamping the free Insteon plug-in.

What type of insteon products do you have and how do you control them?

I too use HomeSeer with Insteon except I do it without an ISY. While I do agree it is an excellent product, I've never had a need for it. The Insteon plug-in that is free for use with HomeSeer has come a long way. It's been taking over by a new person that has transformed it into a true link...

    Muting loud commercials

Looks nice but is there anything like this available for optical in/outputs? I run optical lines out of my cable box and out of my media PC to the stereo. Price will probably be crazy but worth asking. :)

Universal Devices raffling off (3) ISY-26 automation controllers for Insteon!

I use Insteon to control all of my lighting in the house. Within HomeSeer I have it set up to turn on the lights automatically based on motion. When there is no motion the lights automatically turn off. - When we happen to get up in the middle of the night, the house knows what time it is and...

    HomeSeer

Wow, did this post come out of left field! HomeSeer has always been a small company with Rich and Rick as the main two (the programmers). With Mark doing the web, marketing and other stuff. I visit the HomeSeer board 2 to 3 times a day and have seen NO indication that HomeSeer is going...
