We recently got a TP-Link managed switch in the office, the full size one though and I have to say that I'm really impressed. The UI feels very responsive and fairly modern compared to some other managed switches I've used in the past, although the documentation could do with a bit less...

It can clearly be integrated quite well, as it can do both "tap" commands based on presence and voice commands.
Pretty cool demo at that.
They seem to be selling under the iStarUSA brand in the US http://www.istarusa.com/ but not sure if they have the full product range available or not.
I bumped in to them at Computex and the quality of their products looks really good too.

They're "AV" rack mounts, rather than the typical cheap server things a lot of companies sell.
