    Premise VRC0P and 2GIG CT30 Thermostat

    Premise Making Builder work with Windows 10

    I changed the compatibility of Builder (Sys) to XP Service Pack 2 and checked Run as Administrator.  That fixed the issue.  I also made these changes to Prkernal and Psmonitor.
