What do we have:
1. Plugs - Zooz Z-Wave Plus Mini Plug On / Off Module ZEN07, Cert. #ZC10-16085170 - 3 items;
2. Wink Hub 2 - 1 item;
3. Plugs are connected to Wink Hub 2.

What do we need:
1. To have a wired (or battery powered) ON/OFF switch with 3 or 4 buttons, which will control these plugs through the Wink Hub 2;
2. This switch should fit the rocker size plate and be in light almond color.

I would be grateful for advice from experienced specialists.

The most elegant way, arguably, would be to use Lutron PICO remotes iff Lutron politics allowed that.

The other day I was trying to help a friend with a similar setup: he wanted to control z-wave lights with a PICO  4-button remote.  Unfortunately, that cannot be done because Lutron allows the wink hub to control only Lutron products.

So, the simplest  solution would be for you to return the zwave plugs and replace them with Lutron Caseta dimmer/appliance pluggable modules that are usually sold with a pico remote included.  I am not aware of any aesthetically pleasing zwave  remotes that can be mounted on the wall.

Having said that,  I am starting to regret my decision to use Lutron lighting products because of their politics.  In my next house, there will no Lutron.

Have you looked at the 'Lutron Connected Bulb Remote' listed on the wink site? I'm not sure if it can do what you want, but it sounds like you can set the 4 buttons up to control 4 wink shortcuts. Kind of painful though, as the buttons are labeled for single bulb control. I don't think it mounts in the rocker panel either. Hopefully someone knows of another option.

Lutron Connected may work.  Its form factor is the same as Pico's, so it can be fit in an electrical box.

I am not sure about the shortcut latency, though. Lutron's Pico with a Caseta dimmer latency is about 100ms, i.e. almost instantaneous.
