Hi, I apologize if this is common knowledge or posted elsewhere, I've look around for a while without much luck.
Here's my question: I had a new home built a little over a year ago and it has the whole HAI Leviton home automation setup (UPB switches, Omnistat, IP camera on porch, etc..) built in and programmed by a contractor-supplied local HA dealer. I'm somewhat programming savvy so I hate to have to call the local HA dealer and pay them for any sort of edits or additions I would like to make.
To avoid this, I purchased the PCAccess software and have a PIM (needed?) to access the system. I was hoping that there would be some sort of discovery system in the software and import my current configuration but I'm not seeing anything as I open the software for the first time. Is it possible to import all of the current settings with PCAccess (but not a previous file) or do I need to awkwardly beg the local HA dealer and cross my fingers they will grant the file? Thanks in advance!
