Premise Activation Expired--Win7 install attempt

Motorola Premise

I am getting this "Warning" pop up "Exporting, saving, and backups have been disabled because the products activation time limit has expired."

I am attempting to install on Windows 7 using instructions I found on the forum. However, when I try to import a zwave module, this is the message I get.

I have uninstalled multiple times (PITA because uninstaller doesn't work and hangs) I have also scrubbed the registry after uninstalling without success.
I have downloaded Premise zip from 2 different sites in case I got a bad version.

Any ideas, of should I find another home automation program?

Did you go to Builder and then Server > Server and in the Properties pain, click "Activate"? (see attached)

Yea did that. No help.

Finally did get it to work, I think. The instructions for installing Premise on Windows 7 leave out one crucial final step...
REBOOT!

When I rebooted after installing, it loaded differently and my "local machine" was recognized.
I was able to run the wizard and the default building templates were there as well.

None of this worked when trying to run builder right after installation completed.

All of this after installing and uninstalling 4-5 times, ugh!

Thanks for your help

Incidently, When I went back into my Control panel to change my User Account Control (UAC) settings back to the default level, I replicated the problem. When I reopened Builder by double clicking on the desktop icon, I no longer had "local computer" in "Local Network" and I got the same "Activation Expired" error. To correct this, I had to right click on the desktop icon (Premise Builder), and clicked "Run as Administrator" and everything worked fine. :D

I'm not very good at this stuff <_<
