Advice on quiet servers

Hey guys...looking for a little help here.
I have a Supermicro I7 rackmount server that I use for my surveillance stuff.

Performance is great but as you can imagine, the fans are quite loud.

I was thinking about getting a different server...maybe 2u or 4u with bigger quiter fans or maybe an ATX chassis that I could swap everything into.

Has anyone had any recent experience in this kind  of thing?  I'd love to hear from you.  Tks

Here's a company I've had my eye on - I need to build a new shallow server to live with my HA stuff - they have a lot of options including fanless designs for lower powered applications; they even have one that stacks 4 separate mini itx systems in a small case; best assortment of options I've seen anywhere with the accessories to complete it.  Seems to be the best source of items that would fit inside my short depth 12U wall mount rack and the prices aren't bad at all.  Haven't actually bought anything yet so can't vouch for quality.

Another company I have stored that makes very small and quiet PC's/enclosures:

The server style power supply plus the two large fans in my raid box are very quiet.   It really isn't as big as it looks in these pictures.

The server power style power supply has to fans in it but I never hear them unless I am turning it on and only hear them for a few seconds.

This is not though a rack mountable case.

I did get a deal on the server style power supply from about $200 reduced to $80.

I have an older 1U 4 drive headless box with two redundant 1 U style power supplies.  It was way too loud and its been off now for about 2 years.

This 4U rack mountable raid case has one fan and uses a standard power supply.
