Anyone using Alarm.com or similar?

I'm of course aware of Haiku and eKeypad - just wondering if any of these totally turnkey solutions are worth much?  If it works for one home, it'd have to work for multiple for the current customer I'm working with - so being able to log in once and choose the residence in question would be very important.

Technologies today - GE system with ~100 zones; RadioRA2 lighting - nothing else would really be integrated except tying in the gate and probably wiegand prox readers for the gate control.  HVAC is a handful of those super efficient Mitsubishi's which could potentially be tied in but it's not currently listed to be; same with pool.

My main goal here is absolute simplicity - though Elk has been great, once in a blue moon I have to do some work to update eKeypad (sometimes delete and re-add) and it requires DDNS or static IP's - if there's a solution that's even more bulletproof, that'd be nice.

We are looking for a bunch of cameras too - but I'm leaning towards being a mostly standalone system - likely with QNap at this point (I had posted about synology previously but it seems their iOS appp for the cameras is horrible).
