In case you aren't familiar with NFC, it is a very short range wireless technology which is being added to more and more cellphones, allowing you to use your cellphone to pay for goods, and in this case, use it to unlock your door.
The Yale demo was located in the Control4 booth, which was extremely crowded, so it was pretty difficult to get a good video of the lock in operation. While there were some technical issues, I did manage to shoot a short video, which you can see below.
