CocoonTech visited the Megasystems Technologies booth during CES 2012 to look at their IP appliance reset product.
This device will monitor various IP addresses (that you specify), then reset its two plugs (power) by turning the power off, and then back on. The second port will reset one minute after the first port (in case you want to reboot your router before an appliance attached to it).
