CES 2008 - Has anyone put a list together of "must see" exhibits?

Anyone going to CES in January?

I haven't put together a list yet of exhibits to see, was wondering if anyone else had?

The south end of the convention center (forgot either top or bottom floor) is where most of the HA related booths are at.

I'm also going to look at Axis and DLink to see what's new in the sense of their IP camera technology.

Last year they had a smart home demonstration (a mock home), out in the center hall parking lot, but the line was to long for my patience...

No, the show is pretty expensive for smaller companies.

So much for me winning the zWaveWorld.com Rock Star Contest and getting a free Hard Rock stay during CES '08. Interesting that they repeatedly harassed me for content to put up on their site, but never returned the emails about the hotel stuff.

Looks like that was for the best though, I got tired just trying to search the exhibitor directory. My god that thing seems huge.

So you didn't win this? I thought this was a done deal (and you were going to CES). What happened?

Oh, I won, and it was supposedly a done deal. After the first few emails about the hotel, the conversation suddenly switched to hassling me about how-to guides and other content to have them drive traffic to the site. I clued in a few months ago, so I stopped sending in articles.

I don't feel bad though, all isn't lost - we booked a Hawaii trip over xmas instead. If you recall, this was the picture from last year.

Yeah, I registered there a few months ago, I just didn't see an "Exibitor Search" box anywhere. I'm just going for 1 day though.
