There aren't a whole lot of HA Chumby apps, Western Mountain does make a UPB link transmitter app for use with their RUC UPB IP interface.
Many of the Chumby apps are nice fetchers of selected web content; weather, etc.
HAI is releasing Weblink for the Android.
May be a good combo with an Android tablet.
