Cinemar Announces New Energy Management Plugin

I need a new laptop and a few other things. I will get this as soon as I free up a some extra money. Its a nice addition to HA to intergrate the TED with ML. Of course I ahve to get ML to LOL.

Does this have graphing of historical data capability? That to me would be more important than real time monitoring. :)

Brave, from what I understand, there are 13 months of historical data. For now, it can be viewed via WebLobby but as interest grows, Cinemar will add the feature inside the energy managment plugin.

Well, not to be a stick in the mud, but for $80 I would expect more than just a fancy real time monitoring display.

I was hoping there would be options for viewing historically graphed data with user selected durations via a ML interface.

Anybody working on a CQC plugin?

You should ping the CQC forum with a link to the hardware. If it's independently available, I have a feeling the protocol would be simple enough that it wouldn't take more than a few days for one of the mad skillz boys...

Note that TED is not a good solution for those that have any powerline X10 as the carrier frequences are so close that they interfere. Other than this TED is a good general purpose solution to instrument the power panel. For the HS users it should be pretty easy to make a Main Lobby page that fits the style of your other pages to show the TED/Footprints output. Likewise various historical charting applications are availble with HS or other HA engines that can produce the jpg images that will show in ML.
