ControlThink Essentials question

Hey, I got a friend who's putting in a 20ish light switches/plugins zWave/Leviton network, plus zWave lock and a zWave thermostat. As the zWave'rs know, those damn VRCPG's take forever to program.
 
Anyone have any clue whether ControlThink allows you to use the VRCPG handheld controller to include the various devices, then upload to ControlThink via the USB stick, putz around with the config (ie Areas, Scenes, etc), then download back down to the VRCPG?

Why not just get the leviton USB stick and installer software? I'm pretty sure you can switch primary roles between the USB stick and the handheld remote.

eh, cuz I didn't know there was Leviton software  I use CQC, so I don't need this.

The leviton software/USB stick is surprisingly powerful. If he's got a windows laptop to carry around just skip the remote all together.
