Attached is the Quick Start Guide for the developing Premise native drivers with Visual C++. This is the same manual found in the HSDK V2.1 package except it has been reformatted for your reading convenience.
The Quick Start Guide is intended for software developers and describes Premise's (SYS) internal architecture and its base classes. It proceeds with a detailed, step-by-step tutorial describing how to write a native driver that receives data via one serial port and transmits it out via another port.
The Guide's intended audience is software developers wishing to write native drivers but the casual Premise user might find the first few pages interesting.
