HAI Wireless

I was poking around today trying to determine if my newly installed Zwave devices will conflict with my existing HAI Wireless sensors (they will not) and stumbled on this:

According to HAI, their wireless products operate at 433Mhz:

According to FCC, devices that operate in this range must migrate to narrowband spectrum by Jan 1st, 2013:

Does this mean my HAI wireless receiver and contacts will be illegal to operate in a year? Or am I misinterpreting the information?

Thanks,
Yuri

The HAI stuff is Part 15 Type B for low power / low range household stuff. Milliwatts of power.

The other link from FCC is for Land Mobile Radio, like antenna and transmitters like the cops would install at thier base station and mobile vehicles. Hundreds of watts of power. This is Part 90 of the rules sections.

It might be the same frequency range(s) but it's really apples and oranges. Nothing to worry about.
