INSTEON MOTION DETECTORS FLASHING

Can any one tell me why I have several motion detectors that are linked directly to a switch that flash rapidly every minute or so?  The are operation, but I cannot get them to stop flashing.  Removed battery re linked, tried to restore via ISY, but nothing works.  One is used for dusk to dawn and does the same thing.  Have one switch doing it also.

That is the Insteon MS's signal the battery is going dead.
