Intigrating an Inverter

I am adding a grid tied Solar Array to my house this summer and am using the Fronius IG 5100 inverter. It has the ability to add a serial card so that data can be extracted from the array. I would like to pull this data into main lobby to build some energy status screens.

Has anyone here done anything like this or similar?
