millimiser mode on Elk 150Rt siren

I have an Elk 150Rt and trying to figure our how to enable millimiser mode which keeps power drain under 1amp. Manual mentions it but doesn't say how to enable.

The manual should list how to do it. IIRC it was something like cutting the red wire and splicing in the yellow.
I have that siren as well and ended up bypassing the amp and using it as just a speaker since even in millimiser mode the power drain would have required me to either power it directly off the battery or get a secondary power supply. My system is small so I decided against those options.
