You got that right! What was a nice holiday music thread, Scrroge had to get in on the action and ruin it! hahhaah

Well The EFF (Electronic Frontier Foundation) has given Sony a deadline of Nov 18th to repair the damage done. I don't know what kind of clout the EFF has, as far as Sony having to take their threat seriously, but it is a good rea at least.

Do I hear "Class Action Law Suit" in the near distance? I gotta go get one of these disks. I personally haven't bought a CD for me in years so I gotta get in on this. :)
 
I heard California already filed a class action suit against them. Glad to hear this has gotten the attention it deserves. Now I'm waiting to see Sony get punished.

Your "Irish Roots" are showing again!

By the time the lawyers get their share of any class action settlement, you would be lucky to end up with a 10% off coupon from Sony to buy another one of their CD's :)
