Need a source for Surge Protectors

I am looking for some good old fashioned MOV surge protectors and for some reason am having trouble finding them. I don't want a power strip or something with RJ11 jacks or multiple outlets... I just want the plain in-line type that look like a 3-prong plug extension. Even radio shack does not appear to carry them anymore!

Anybody know a good source? Didn't these things used to be common at any drugstore, home store, or Wal-Mart?
 
On a related note,

Has anyone seen a outlet that has surge protection built in? I have instaled a new LCD TV on a wall mount and have a plug located behind the TV. The plug is visable from the side, so I'd like to avoid using the plug in style listed above. If there is an outlet with the surge protection circuits build it, I could easily put that in the box and simply plug the TV in normally.

Any suggestions?
