Ok, dumb question about Elk outputs above 64...

It's been awhile since I programmed my Elk M1 and I cannot for the life of me remember where to view the outputs above 64 (I'm using the ElkRP software). I seem to remember that they are fixed and cannot be changed, but I have a rule programmed to turn on some lights via my ISY and it references output 70.

Can anybody help?

IIRC, they're available for rules, but can not really be seen - they're not available for voices, text descriptions, etc.  I believe a lot of people keep track of them via spreadsheets.

The only thing to view about an output above 64 is if it is on or off.  The status of all the outputs is listed on the ISY admin console under the Elk/Outputs tab.

It's been requested to have a simple text label in the Elk world and also in the ISY forums. Maybe someday we'll see it, who knows...

Nothing like having to manually keep track of 100+ possible outputs when the whole time you are using a piece of software that has a DATABASE!!!!!

Certainly on the ISY it would be nice to be able to stick in some labels even though they don't sync with Elk.

Elk probably has no memory left.  Elk's platform is pretty ancient.

Even if the output labels don't get downloaded to the panels...Just a link in the account file would be a good start.

Sure, there is no reason that ElkRP2 couldn't save it.  They already do this very thing with any comments you add to your rules.  None of those sync to the panel.

Thanks for the memory joggers guys! It's been awhile, and I couldn't remember how to use those outputs.

It would be nice if we could label them. Maybe someday...
