omnitouch pro setup problem

Anyone know how to setup an Omnitouch pro onto a touch screen computer? I have pc access dealer, with latest firm ware on the omnipro 2.

My problem is after imputing in the serial and the ip & security codes. The system says "connecting please wait" and it stays that way forever.

Any expert help would be appreciated.

There are one IP configurations to set up for the Omnitouch Pro configuration
 
1 - IP of Omnipro 2
2 - network encryption key parts 1 & 2
3 - Port Number
 
For set up use "OmniTouchPro_CE.exe" /setup tab
 
Setup / Controller tab put in
Controller Address
Controller Port
Encryption Key 1:
Encryption Key 2:
Check the box that says Use Controller
 
Activation tab
Serial number you got on the serial number card for Omnitouch Pro
 
Then press the Activate button.  It should then show a valid license
 
Controller tab and then check the box that says Use Controller / Launch
 
Disable the firewall for a bit while you are doing this.
