Premise configuration and setup - newbie

Hi,

I was hoping to create an easy setup and interface with ELK-M1, Insteon (via ISY-99), HAI Omni-stat2 thermostats and ir components connected through a Global Cache -12.
Homeseer was ok but crashes too often.

So far it seems the Premise is ideal except for the available options without being a programmer.

Anyone have a way or preset configurations for these modules?

Thanks

An ELK M1 equipped with an M1XEP (Ethernet Interface) can control Insteon-based lighting via an ISY-99i. This document explains how to integrate the M1 and an ISY-99i.

An M1 equipped with an M1XSP (Serial Port Expander) can control many kinds of thermostats including the HAI Omnistat2. This document explains how to do that.

You can use use Premise's ELK M1 driver to control everything visible to the M1. Premise also has a comprehensive Global Cache driver so you can use it to control devices via IR.

Premise Browser may not be sexiest user-interface (UI) but it has the virtue of requiring no effort to get a functional, touchscreen-friendly UI. You'll be able to arm/disarm the M1, dim Insteon lighting, and adjust the Omnistat's temperature settings, via Premise Browser, without any programming.
