Has anyone tried one of these?

Inverter

Looks interesting. Portable or wall mount from what I can tell. It can also be hardwired in. I was thinking of a small 36 inch windturbine and a solar panel to charge a battery that would power this. I could run a few things off of it through my transfer switch and then in a blackout this could handle a very limited load at night such as lighting when I dont want to run the generator.

That is really cheap for a sine wave inverter, I don't know how well made it is. If I were buying an inverter of that size I would be a little leery of something that cheap. I myself would buy from a well established company like Xantrex, but I have had a lot of cheap electronics fail lately so I am a bit cautious about buying at the bottom of the price range.
