RCS TZB43 - Any experience with this?

Does anyone have any ideas about this zigbee thermostat? The seller mentions RS-232 in the title but doesn't say much else about it. He shows an image with +12v G +3v T R, which I'm not sure is for zigbee or RS-232.

Looks like there's been some success deciphering the zigbee commands (like here) and is probably similar to the TZB20 thermostat on CT before.

Looks like the ones I bought on eBay earlier this year. Mine did come with the ZigBee radios, so it was a good deal for me just for that reason. I had some trouble getting it working (weird line termination issues iirc), and moved on. Guess I'll have to take another look.
