So my boss has a conference room in the basement of his company, and he wants to start renting it out to people. This conference room is accessed through a door on the side of his building. We are puttting one of HAIs access card readers on this door. My boss would like to get an email notification whenever these people enter the building.
I know in order to get email alerts, we need to use the HAI OmniTouch 5.7e, which we have. I actually have been able to send out a vague email notification that basically says "Somebody is here" whenever this side door is open. The problem is that my boss wants more detail than that, he would like to include the persons name in the email notification. Does anybody know if you can somehow interpret the unique number from the key tags, and correlate that to some type of variable that stores the person's name, and then send that out in an email??
