UPB and HomePlug AV

Does anyone have experience with using both UPB (powerline lighting control) and HomePlug AV (powerline networking) together in their home? I theory they both should work together, but hearing real-life experience is even better. I have a pretty expensive UPB network, and generally use Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet for networking, but I have a few places where neither is feasible.

I would like to hear how they work together too.

Then again I think it would be even better if I could replace UPB and X10 in my house with HomeplugAV.

That is there should be Homeplug switches and other automation modules. Forget UPStart just load a browser and connect the switches IP to configure. Forget UPB PIMs, my Omni could just communicate over it existing Ethernet connection.

Oh yeah and it actually has encryption so my neighbor can't turn on my lights.

I'm currently running 2 HD IP cams, which use HomePlug AV, and use UPB as well. So far, I haven't noticed any issues yet.
