I just bought and installed Web-Link II and upgraded the software from HAI's website (for Iphone and Blackberry use). Works great except that I have to kill my Live One Care firewall for remote access (router firewall lets them in but Live One Care cuts them off). There must be a way to configure the software to allow remote access. Any ideas?
