2408 Chip

Hi All,

I bought the hobby boards 6 channel master hub, some sensors, and the 8 Digital I/O board a couple weeks ago. I am using LogTemp to monitor the temp sensors, and it is working great! I love it. I have it running on an old laptop in my basement running Windows 98, with no web connection.

I am trying to find some software to monitor the I/O board with the 2408 chip, but I cannot seem to find anything. The ThermD software looks like it will do it, but I have no clue how to download and install it - it's not your standard .exe program... Does anyone know of any easy to use software to monitor the I/O boards?

Is there no software out there to monitor the 8 channel I/O board unless you are a programmer?

Please help!

Since the 8 Channel I/O is pretty new not all applications have added support for it. I'm not sure which Windows software support the 8 Channel I/O but I'm sure some do but I know that OWFS for Linux supports it.
