Omnipro II need Q1 part number

Could someone look at their omnipro II (mine is latest version) and tell me what part number Q1 is.  It's located on the left side of the board in the middle.  I was connecting a signal ground from a power supply and mistakenly connected to the wrong power supply terminals causing Q1 to smoke.  Hoping that is the only thing I fried...

Here is a picture of the transistor I am referring to.  If someone could just post the markings on their transistor that would help a lot.  Thanks.

I did exactly as you did with a new OPII board testing it in the dark (bad).

That said I sent it to HAI and they repaired it for me; sans any charges (well it was new).

At the time I couldn't see anything obviously burnt on the board.

I never paid attention and never asked what it was they did.

I replaced the legacy OPII board with this new going really slow.

That said I procrastinated a bit thinking it was more difficult that it really was and it wasn't.

Pictured board though is the one that was repaired under warranty.

Yup; noticed that the transistor in question is soldered on and not straight; but tilted a bit.
