Not sure where to put this.

I have a few Cooper Zwave recptacles that I need to reset, and I can't find any literaure that explains the process.

I've tried every combination of button pushing and folding that I can think of.

Can someone help?

What do you mean by reset? Are you just wanting to exclude them from your network?

What primary controller are you using?

I need to set it back to factory. My controller died and I want to put everything on a new system. These are the only devices I can't reset.

Use your new controller. Select exclude device and then push the button on the receptacle. That will reset it.

It works (to exclude something that you can't see). I've had to do this with Kwikset locks before, prior to adding them to an installation. I was told that many times they will associate them with a network at the factory for testing, but not always exclude them. However, they cannot be added to a new network without first being excluded.
