Staples Connect + RadioRA 2?

So I know that the Staples Connect system was built for the Lutron Caseta system.  From what I can tell, Caseta is basically RadioRA 2 with limitations.  That being said, is there a way to connec the Staples Connect system to RadioRA 2?
 
At the end of the day, I'm trying to find a nice way to control my RadioRA 2 system via a Windows tablet.  Staples Connect has this.  My more expensive RadioRA 2 system does not...
 
Anyone tried to make this work or played around with this at all?

Wink hub can sort of control some ra2 devices if you root it.  Connect is probably the same.  But if you have a full system its probably not worth the effort and more useful to just make a ra2 app or web app.  Or run the android app in an emulator?
