Premise Premise in Virtual Machine - license problem

Hello, i have installed PremiseSys inside Win 8.1 VM over Hyper-v Server. All working ok but very often when i start Premise Builder, license registration dialog box appears.
The only way for resume the situation is to execute the "restore from client" of my backup file, but after little time the problem occurs again.
 
We have a similar experiences with licence dialog box?

Do a search for 'license' in this forum...you may have to add the local IP into the internet tab, but the problem has been seen before...and resolved.

Thor. Does your IP address stay the same when you spin up a new vm? Looking at firewall blocks may also be in order, as well.

I have set the static IP Address inside the WM network Card and Static MAC Address in Hyper-v WM Network Card.
The firewall service is disabled.
The ip address is the same of previous physical machine.
The strange thing is that if i restore the backup "restore from client" all working for little time.
