Omnitouch 7: How do you add info to the "Support" icon?

Release notes for the Omnitouch 7 version 1.7 update states that they added a "Dealer Support Info" screen. Its there, just blank. Anyone know how to set it up?

In PC access... either in the file's summary screen or down in extended setup, I don't remember which.

I am missing something. I don't see anything relevant in extended setup and I am not sure what/where the file summary screen is. I verified I am running the most current version of dealer access.
