can't enroll zwave Linear plug-in dimmer or switch

I picked up several used Linear PS15Z-2 and PD300Z-2 devices.  For some reason I can't delete or add these devices to my HS Pro 100 with a HS Z-troller.  I'm wondering if Linear may have created some proprietary devices for use with 2GIG or other alarm systems?  Linear wants $50 for a telephone support call and I'm hoping I can find some info here for less...LOL  Anyone have any ideas?

Try double-clicking or triple-clicking to put it into include mode.  From what I recall the instructions that come with it are wrong.

I tried that before with no joy.  But darned if it didn't work today - at least on one of them.  Thanks for the tip.
