ELK M1 Chime

Any ideas as to why the zone chime would stop working on both of my keypads?  Keypads are audible when a button is pressed, but no chime when a zone is violated even though the chime is enabled on the zones.

Is the Chime key lit up on the keypads?  If not, chime mode is off.  Press the Chime key to turn chime mode on, and the key will light up. Each time you press the key, it will cycle through tone mode, voice mode, tone voice mode, and off.
 
Chime mode can also be turned on and off via rules.
 
When chime mode is off, the keypad won't chime for zone violations, but will still beep when a key is pressed.

If your keypad volume is set to 0 (zero), and chime is set to "Tone" only, you won't hear the "beep beep" when the zone is triggered.
