trivia question about "FOR" in rules

In the RP2 software, when opening up the Rules panel, there's an instruction at the bottom of the panel that includes the statement:
"if a THEN statement contains a 'FOR' it will use one additional Rule".
I've never seen any "FOR" conditional in any Elk rules, and am curious what this means. Does anybody know how this works or have examples of its use?

I think that it refers to "for"  a period of time, as in turn on a light for 1 minute.
