My GC100 doesn't always send IR commands. Half the time when premise runs scenario involving AV components the following happens: blinkers don't flash, port status in GC100 property pane changes to "Closed". Has anyone had similar problem before. What should I do to fix it?

This behavior exhibits if you have more than one Premise server trying to communicate with the GC.
