I installed the Insteon Module from the old Premise forums to test out my new PowerLinc V2 Serial. http://www.premisesystems.info/forums/7139/ShowPost.aspx
When I set the Network to COM1, I immediately get a script error in OnChangeOnNewData:
Error: Type Mismatch: 'ConvertHexString'

You might want to try the version in the Files area of this forum. I stopped making any enhancements to the version in the old forum. The new one is compiled, uses Minibroker, and is based on Smarthome's Device Manager software. It's got alot more capability than the old version. Install instructions are included in the version history.
Incidentally, the problem you are seeing is due to a missing function in the XDO I uploaded.
