As far as I know, it has no standalone scheduling/timers, etc. It works fine as a standalone thermostat, communicates with remote sensors and displays remote temp/humidity, etc, but no scheduling or intelligence, or triggers.

I have also been having similar issues with devices spontaneously turning on with my elk, and had to disconnect the PLC. The most recent upgrade didn't fix the problem, so I just ordered an ISY-26 and am hoping that bypassing the XSP-PLC combo with a networked ISY-PLM gets rid of the problem.

None of mine are Togglelink Relays. It happens with Switchlink dimmers and relays. It's not outage related, it just seems to happen spontaneously. Len, did you recently upgrade Signalinc's to AccessPoints? That's the only other thing I can think of that's changed in the rough time period.

Interestingly, I've been having similar issues in the last couple of months. No issues for over a year, and now I have lights spontaneously turning on.. or sometimes turning on within seconds of turning them off from a wall switch
